Intercession Manager


Job Overview:
Being on the Leadership staff of King Jesus International Ministry (“KJM”) means you are at the forefront of our mission to bring the supernatural power and love of God to this generation. As part of the leadership team, you are responsible to use your giftings, your calling and your life in pursuit of the Great Commission given to us by Jesus in Matthew 28. Provides supervision and manages the schedule of the intercession and volunteers team, responsible for all intercession related activities and efforts ministry-wide, evaluates performance and strategies intercession for the vision of the ministry. 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned. 
  • Serves under the authority of the Apostle and the Board of Directors, following the Church's guidance and ensuring that the Church's vision is being communicated clearly and implemented properly at all times, without variations.
  • Acts as liaison between the Apostle’s office and Operations Team,  to ensure Church vision is being communicated clearly and implemented properly. 
  • Spearhead intercession efforts ministry-wide and campus-wide 
  • Responsible for collaborating and developing improvement plans, monitoring progress and delegating employee assignments Supervise and manage time cards, schedules and assignments to the intercession employees 
  • Recruits, trains and follow ups with recruitment of volunteers for all shifts as needed 
  • Requires to work with Directors to develop intercession strategies for local, national, international concerns and missions trips 
  • Administrate and prepare prayer requests and workload of the team and keep the information up to date on any changes or special task in this area 
  • Generates daily/weekly reports of intercession points to the Intercession Directors 
  • Setting goals for performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company's plans and vision 
  • Manages and prepares department's budget and administers PO requests, purchase orders and vendor relations Coordinates meetings, events, retreats of the department 
Professional Qualifications 
  • Profess excellent organizational and leadership skills 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of budgetary process 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill 
  • Leadership skills, that exhibit confidence in self and others; inspires and motivates others to perform well Maintain confidential information of company 
  • Education and/or Experience Requirements High School diploma or GED; or 2 years related experience and/or training/ equivalent combination of education and experience. 
Spiritual Qualifications 
  • Uncompromised commitment to KJM’s vision, values, core beliefs and statement of faith.
  • Agree to be an active participant in King Jesus International Ministry.
  • Be a born-again Christian who conducts affairs in accordance with the Bible and maintains a lifestyle consistent with the Scriptures.
  • Understand that in this role, they are a critical part of KJM’s mission to bring the supernatural power of God to this generation, and that part of their responsibilities as a church employee includes being considered a spiritual leader in the church.
